Returns are accepted within 7 days if items are unused and in original packaging. Opened/used self-care products (hair items, oils, powders, candles) can’t be returned unless damaged or incorrect. Report issues within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed after inspection; shipping fees are non-refundable unless it was our mistake.
